Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

* Use Of Site

This site may contain other proprietary notices and copyright information, the terms of which must be observed and followed. Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Shea 'N More and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Shea 'N More believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Shea 'N More and its subsidiaries.

PAYMENT METHODS

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover through our secure merchant account. We accept Paypal and Google Checkout which both offer a variety of payment options.

We also accept payment via Money Order or Personal Check. You will be able to select your payment method during the checkout process. If you intend to pay with a US Postal money order, once you are finished shopping, please give us a call. Print two (2) copies of this screen - one for your records and one to enclose with your payment. Mail all payments made out to Shea 'N More to 6414 Marbut Road, Lithonia, GA 30058. You must notify us of your intention to pay with this method so that we can expect that payment is on the way. Otherwise, your order will be canceled. Please remember that orders paid with this method may take up to 2 weeks to ship for the item to be received and to clear.

* Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy! We will never share your personal information with anyone without your expressed and written permission unless otherwise required by law. Customer information submitted through our online forms will be used only for the purpose of processing a customer order or inquiry. We do not collect credit card information of any kind.


* Shipping & Delivery

YES! We do ship International!! Checkout as usual and choose your International Shipping Method. Free shipping does NOT apply to orders outside the United States. If you select a US shipping carrier, your order will be canceled. Please contact us for an international shipping quote for larger orders. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

All orders will be shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) Priority Mail Service, UPS or Fed Ex at our discretion. Most larger weight orders will ship via Fed Ex. If this is a problem, please contact us immediately. Shipping is based on total merchandise weight and packaging available (plus a $2.00 handling fee to cover the cost of packing materials).

PLEASE NOTE: If you select Fed Ex Business delivery and we find that your address is residential, we will either invoice/charge you for the additional shipping or send the order at the method that is closest to the cost. This is completely at our discretion.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days of the receipt of payment. Orders do NOT ship same day unless an Expedited method (Express, 2day) shipping is selected and we are contacted. Even expedited orders are subject to our shipping terms. Google Checkout and Merchant Processing orders take at least 2-3 business days while Paypal orders may ship quicker. (Orders paid for via check or money order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared. This may take up to 10 business days including the amount of time it takes for us to receive the payment from you.)

You will receive an e-mail confirmation from the shipping carrier or the Shea N More website when your order has been shipped. This e-mail will include your tracking number. Delivery confirmation is included on each order. Delivery confirmation simply confirms that the package arrived safely at its destination. This means that information regarding your shipment may not be available until after it has reached your door.

We will pack your items with care. (In kindness to our environment, we will recycle shipping materials as much as possible.) We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged after leaving our warehouse. If you would like your package insured, please indicate this in the special instructions. If your package is lost or damaged and you requested shipping insurance, you must submit your claim directly to the post office within 7 days of receiving a damaged package. Keep the shipping box and all packaging materials when you make a claim for Post Office inspection. We will do all we can to assist you with your claim and replacement of your merchandise. Please submit a copy of your damage claim to us, IN WRITING within 7 days of receiving your package.

Please understand that once we have shipped your order, we are NOT responsible for any shipping carriers damage, delay, or lost shipment. We will try our best to find your package and work with you but we will not issue replacements for lost packages due to the shipping carrier.

NOTE: If your billing and shipping addresses do not match, we cannot be responsible for an order not received.

Warm Weather Shipping

Because our products are susceptible to heat, during the warm weather months (late April-September), shea butter will be packed with materials to keep products cooler. During these months, the handling fee will increase. PLEASE NOTE: We try our best to package and cold pack your order but there are just some places that the heat is so high that the cold pack may not help. If we are shipping across the country, we will not include a pack. Cold packs are included as available and with our discretion. A cold pack will last 1-2 days max. During the summer if your order is sitting outside in the heat, it may melt. Again, we will do our best to secure the package but we will NOT offer refunds for melted shipments. Melted shipments do not classify as DAMAGED as they are beyond our total control.

* Sales Tax

All orders delivered in the state of Georgia will be charged GA State sales tax (4%).

* Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL. If you receive faulty, damaged or incorrect merchandise, we will work with you to find a mutually beneficial transaction outcome. If you are returning your order, please email us at info@sheanmore.net within 7 days of the shipment of your order for return authorization number and return instructions. Per our shipping policies, you must contact us before returning. Shipping charges and return shipping charges cannot be refunded. There will be a 10% restocking fee for all orders returned unless stated by us. No unauthorized returns will be accepted. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Refused shipments for anything other than damage will be charged any shipping fees upon returning the item back to us.

*All sales are final on custom or discontinued items.

*Refunds/Cancelations for any reason that is not our fault are subject to a 5% management fee. This is simply the cost of covering your transaction fees with the merchant processor. If we find the amount is less, we will deduct less.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

We may find that an item is out of stock even if it is showing as available on our website. This may not be found until we are picking your order. If this happens, we will either ship your order short and the replacement later, or we will reimburse you for the missing item.


We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, and we are committed to satisfying all of our customers. We want you to be happy with your purchase and we want you to keep coming back for more. Please remember that all of our products are natural/handmade therefore slight variations in color/size/shape are to be expected.

* Miscellaneous 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In the event of a defect in material or workmanship, we will replace the goods or refund the purchase price for merchandise at our sole discretion, provided that a written claim is received via e-mail or postal mail within 10 days of the shipping date. Our liability shall not in any event exceed the cost of furnishing a replacement for the defective product.

In no event will we be liable for direct, indirect, or consequential damages for damage, injury, loss of use, and/or loss of profit resulting from the use or misuse of any product purchased from us. Because some states do not allow the exclusion of limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, in such states liability is limited to the fullest extent permissible by law.

Under no circumstances shall sheanmore.com or any other party involved in the creating, producing and distribution of sheanmore.com be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages that result for the use of or inability to use sheanmore.com, including but not limited to omissions, interruptions, deletion of files or email, errors, defects, viruses, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not resulting from acts of God, communications failure, theft, destruction or unauthorized access to sheanmore.com s records, programs or services. Users hereby acknowledge that this paragraph shall apply to all content, merchandise and services available through sheanmore.com.

NEWSLETTER

We will use the information submitted when subscribing to the newsletter for the sole purpose of communicating to you via newsletter. We will never reveal or sell these addresses to anyone unless required by law. Your purchase and/or sample request today and your acceptance of these terms and conditions, will automatically add you to our contact list for the our newsletter as well as periodic updates regarding new products and specials.
